Yum Yum – Cooking With A TBI

Well 6+ years I have managed to cook for myself a simple Yorkshire Mince Pie.

Like my Mum used to cook this for me on special occasions.

It’s a simple Yorkshire Pudding with some of the best New Zealand fresh beef mince.

Simplicity is essential

Because of my traumatic brain injury and extensive fatigue from trying to do things for myself like cooking or even doing the dishes post accident.

I have had to with help to simplify my Mums recipe and change the way I cook it to miss out on a number of instructions when cooking and prepping.

But I’m very happy with the results, and working on improving my cooking method with this until I’m happy then I’ll see about making something like my mum‘s old home-made beef patties.

Yum Yum

The recipe is so simple, a few eggs, some milk, some flour, a pinch of salt, and some good old New Zealand grown beef mince meat.
