Last night it was time to continue testing my camping cooking gear set up at home.

I have been in testing out my camp cooking gear and have come to the conclusion that my collapsible/flat pack barbecue is a little bit too painful to clean easily when away camping.
So I was out testing out the Primus double burner stove instead.
It’s much easier to clean quickly and easier cooking and have come to conclusion that I’m looking at getting a grill pan/plate for cooking my steaks/chops/other meats and using a frying pan for frying eggs and other things.
Makes it simpler, lighter, less to carry, and seems to use less gas as well.
The barbecue I’ll keep at Home for cooking and maybe use it for the odd overnight trip, but because of the difficulty cleaning it when away camping has ruled it out for now.
Trying to remember to keep it simple…
