So a few weeks ago I sold my Suzuki Jimny back to my local Suzuki Dealership after finishing her off.
Why?
Well when I started the project it was for just myself and I had not planned to share my life with someone else.
I also had no need for a refrigerator (years of experience camping with out one) but a new medication to help with heat management because of my brain injury and this requires being refrigerated at all times has changed my life for the better but added the requirements of using a refrigerator when camping.
Plus all the planets lined up and a vehicle I have been interested in getting since the late nineties and also that I tried to order a new one over 3 years ago, but the order books had closed due to a long waiting list.
So a number of new ones from cancelled back orders become available in New Zealand and I’m one of the lucky ones to be able to buy one of them.
So two weeks ago I paid my deposit and placed an order for a new Toyota Land Cruiser 78 Troop Carrier with a number of genuine factory options including a Bullbar, Winch, Towbar and a few other options.
The plan is that I can pick her up this Friday.
Yes I’m extremely excited.
